Arrival of the pontoon and crane, start of fase 2

The second phase began on Tuesday, March 4, with the arrival of the pontoon and crane for removing the piles. The work is scheduled to be completed next Friday, the 13th. After that, the third phase will begin with the removal of all the old pontoons and their replacement with new pontoons that will last for the next 25 years.
